Throughout her schooling, Natalie has worked with patients in both a clinic and hospital setting, as well as athletes on a varsity lacrosse team. She enjoys working with patients of all ages, and has a special interest in the pediatric population. She values educating her patients, answering questions and promoting an active lifestyle. Providing quality care and building a strong rapport with everyone she meets is important to her. In her spare time, she enjoys cross-country running, reading, baking and card-making.

Prior to joining Arthritis and Sports Medicine Centre, Stephanie worked at Restore Physiotherapy in Oakville and Ortho Rehab Group in Brampton. After completing a Bachelor of Science degree in Honours Kinesiology at the University of Western Ontario, Stephanie continued her education in the Sports Injury Management program at Sheridan College. She then completed her diploma in Massage Therapy at the Ontario College of Health and Technology. Stephanie has also completed courses in Soft-Tissue Release, Myofascial Release, Fascial Chain Work, and Kinesiotaping. Stephanie has also worked with amateur lacrosse teams as an Athletic Therapist from midget to Senior B including 4 national championship minor field lacrosse teams as well as 1 box lacrosse national championship team. Stephanie has also contributed to the host medical staff for numerous Skate Canada events.

Jasmine has worked in a variety of settings, from gyms, private physiotherapy clinics and owning and operating her own clinic. Jasmine believes that movement is healing. If prescribed and performed correctly, movement and exercise is a powerful tool to help people live healthier. As a Kinesiologist, she wants to help as many people understand this and give them the tools they need to recover and bulletproof their bodies from pain and injury.
